To love your Mondays again, you may want to lean into what inspires you in your work and life and start there.

Chapter 2 focuses on creating space for what matters most, specifically all about loving your Mondays again

As a reminder, the day or time of week is only to help follow a flow and order, and not meant to be limiting.  We're designing a framework and context that might open up different ways to look at our time and commitments, especially as leaders.

 I hope this week is a treat for you--to step away from the to-do list and tasks, and carve out intentional time and space to explore how you can unplan your week through meaningful self-reflection, and take steps to creating time blocks on your calendar.
