You may be experiencing some major setbacks, anxiety or restlessness.

You know that feeling like you can ever dream again seems far away.  Getting up and doing life is all you can focus on while you move through the challenges you’re facing.

It’s easy for your mind to race with all the "what-if's" and sometimes let the sadness and anxiety take over.  Dreaming again feels impossible.

That’s why I’m sharing 6 steps to dream again, especially after a major setback.

There are many “shoulds” out there right now. And, while they are not to be ignored or dismissed, they are also to be considered as an invitation.

You are being invited to remember who you are. And to take a step today toward that being—the one that is more true, kind, humble, and passionate.

You will dream again, and your dreams will likely take new shape and form as this story unfolds.

In this audio file, I share ways to honor your present reality, and also bring hope to that reality.

I share 6 steps to dreaming again, even if you’re in a serious setback right now or feeling restless and stuck in a loop of fear and doubt, or struggling to make sense of things.

If there’s something here that really resonates for you, and you’d like some help with navigating your present reality while bringing hope to your future, connect with me here.

I’d love to support you as you navigate the next steps in your life, leadership, and business.
